Young Offenders Team
Artz Academy was commissioned by Bradford YOT to facilitate a Mural Arts project working with large groups of young offenders with the aim of the final murals to be displayed on hoardings on the outside of the soon to be demolished BHS building in Bradford town centre. The aim being, to regenerate the local environment and for the YOT of Bradford to have access to arts training. Artz Academy delivered the Youth Justice Boards, 'Visual Enrichment Programme' PLUS course, mural design programme as a means to improve literacy, numeracy and artistic skills.
