Murals and Graffiti Workshops
Murals and Graffiti art are excellent catalysts for engaging individuals in a 'Big Arts Experience'. Our workshops build skills both artistically, personally and professionally, developing awareness, raising aspirations and attainment and challenging negative beliefs.

The Zone - Graffiti art
When people make a mural, they interact with instructors, fellow muralists, and the community. Each interaction presents a different set of challenges and opportunities, requiring the development of a wide range of skills, from traditional drawing and colour mixing to team-work and leadership.

Murals and graffiti art are excellent for youth development and engaging young people. Murals challenge and affirm on a variety of levels, providing a unique opportunity for young people to actively participate in a process that enhances their community. In addition, the impact of healthy relationships with adult role models, both in the arts and in the community, gives young people great pride in their own capabilities as artists and activists. Working with all ages we create bespoke murals; urban art forms and illustrative graphic designs linked to topics in the National Curriculum.

Each Workshop is tailored to each individual project or school. These Workshops serve to support learning and a constructive attitude by encouraging pupils and individuals to consider concepts and subjects imaginatively.
