Harewood House
Artz Academy collaborated with Harewood House stately home on a mural and graffiti project. Harewood hosted an exhibition of watercolours of John Sell Cotman. Alongside the exhibition conducting a programme of events for primary, secondary and 6th form schools.
We explored Harewood's grounds searching for natural forms in nature and experimented with the idea of detail on a large scale canvas. Each school was given the final art work to be displayed in their school. We worked with 15 schools. All workshops linked to the National Curriculum and were supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
